Bu hedefler \u00f6vg\u00fcye de\u011fer olmakla birlikte, i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli zorluklar ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ye\u015fil Anla\u015fma bir yandan insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve \u00e7evreye zararl\u0131 maddelerin a\u015famal\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131mdan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na odaklanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan, malzemelerin yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve elektromobilite i\u00e7in bataryalar ve r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinleri gibi yeni enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimi, tehlikeli ve zaman zaman kanserojen maddelerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmektedir. \u0130klim hedeflerinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu sonu\u00e7lar dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel (ye\u015fil) ekonomideki yeni i\u015flerin, \u00f6zellikle i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konusunda g\u00fcvenlik ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe \u00f6ncelik vermesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.  <\/p>\n<h2>\u00c7eli\u015fen hedefler<\/h2>\n<p>Bu endi\u015felerin bir \u00f6rne\u011fi <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32023R1542%20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AB pil y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir .<\/a> AB, (k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck) pillerin toplanmas\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmay\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece yeni pillerde geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f kobalt (kanserojen), kur\u015fun (\u00fcreme i\u00e7in toksik), lityum (\u00fcreme i\u00e7in toksik) ve nikel (kanserojen, mutajenik ve \u00fcreme i\u00e7in toksik) varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. AB&#8217;de tahminen 800.000 kalifiye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yak\u0131n gelecekte pil \u00fcretiminde \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde (Net S\u0131f\u0131r <a href=\"https:\/\/single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu\/industry\/sustainability\/net-zero-industry-act_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sanayi Yasas\u0131<\/a> uyar\u0131nca ), bu sekt\u00f6rdeki \u015firketlerin durum tespiti politikalar\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 ve tehlikeli maddeleri ikame etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Buna ek olarak, ulusal yetkili makamlar REACH y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde belirtilenlere benzer \u015fekilde belirli kullan\u0131mlar i\u00e7in k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar getirme yetkisine sahip olacak ve getirmelidir.   <\/p>\n<h2>Onar\u0131labilirlik ve yeniden kullan\u0131m<\/h2>\n<p>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefonlar ve g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ve enerji sistemlerinde kullan\u0131lan bir\u00e7ok hammadde, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin maruz kalmas\u0131 durumunda tehlikelidir. Bu malzemelerin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 miktarda olmas\u0131 nedeniyle ve gereksiz tehlikeli at\u0131klar\u0131 en aza indirmek i\u00e7in AB, \u015firketleri \u00fcr\u00fcnleri tamir edilebilir hale getirmeye ve bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda malzemeleri yeniden kullanmaya te\u015fvik etmekte ve zorlamaktad\u0131r. Bunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek ve tehlikeli maddelere maruz kalman\u0131n ciddi bir risk olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir end\u00fcstri geli\u015fecektir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yeterince ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 zorunludur.   <\/p>\n<h2>AB&#8217;de stratejik hammaddelerin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar sadece hammaddelerin toplanmas\u0131 ve yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda tehlikeli ve kanserojen maddelere maruz kalma potansiyeli ile bilinen madencilikteki \u00e7\u0131karma i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda da tehlikeli maddelere maruz kalabilirler.
